• Both urgent and non urgent matters – with a strong emphasis on resolution in a child-focused manner;

• Clear and confident approach, advice and guidance;

• Domestic Violence Act matters – both urgent and non urgent applications, and defence of any applications made;

• Oranga Tamariki Act matters – in the main – providing initial advice and assisting in liaising with Oranga Tamariki.

Transport Law

• Limited Licences – we have an efficient process, experience in making complex applications with a quick turn around and an excellent success rate;

• GSL and TSL advocacy – experienced in successful advocating for the retention of these licences with the Land Transport Authority;

• Experience in advice regards Alcohol Interlock Device Applications and exemption criteria.
