Domestic Violence Act matters – both urgent and non urgent applications, and defence of any applications made;
Oranga Tamariki Act matters – in the main – providing initial advice and assisting in liaising with Oranga Tamariki.
Transport Law
Limited Licences – we have an efficient process, experience in making complex applications with a quick turn around and an excellent success rate;
GSL and TSL advocacy – experienced in successful advocating for the retention of these licences with the Land Transport Authority;
Experience in advice regards Alcohol Interlock Device Applications and exemption criteria.
